GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

These General Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) of A V A I N 22 Oy (Business ID: 3256747-4, the “Company”) are valid from 27 April 2026 until further notice.

These Terms apply to all sales carried out by the Company, including sales made at the salon, at events and through the online store.

1. RIGHT TO AMEND THE TERMS

We reserve the right to amend these Terms.

The Terms currently in force are available in the online store.

2. PRICES AND DELIVERY COSTS

Product prices are shown in connection with each product description. Product prices include 25.5% VAT.

Any delivery costs charged for an order depend on the product itself, for example its weight and packaging, and the selected delivery method. Delivery costs are added automatically to the total order amount. The customer will see the applicable delivery costs in the shopping cart before approving the order.

We reserve the right to change prices and delivery costs.

3. ORDERING AND CONTRACT

Products may be ordered through the website by completing the order form and confirming the order by paying the total order amount using the payment link provided with the order confirmation.

Products may also be purchased at the salon and at events, in which case the payment transaction is considered a binding purchase.

When ordering through the online store or purchasing products at the salon or at an event, the customer is expected to have read and accepted the Terms in force at the time of purchase.

The customer understands that an accepted and confirmed order or purchase transaction is binding and creates a contract between the Company and the customer in accordance with these Terms.

4. PAYMENT AND PAYMENT METHODS

Online orders are paid using the payment link provided to the customer with the order confirmation.

For salon and event sales, the Company will either issue an invoice to the customer or charge the purchase using a payment terminal.

5. ORDER AND PAYMENT CONFIRMATION

For online orders, the customer will receive an order confirmation by email after a successful order.

If, for an unexpected reason, the Company is unable to confirm the order, the Company will notify the customer by email as soon as possible.

For salon and event purchases, the customer will receive a receipt immediately after payment.

6. DELIVERY TIME AND METHOD

Delivery times vary depending on the product and delivery method.

The customer collects the wig from the salon:

Tophair Yrjönkatu 8–10 00120 Helsinki Finland

Alternatively, if separately agreed, the wig may be delivered by post.

7. USE AND CARE OF BEAUTIFUL YOU HUMAN HAIR WIGS

Beautiful You human hair wigs are made from real human hair that has been tied to a wig base. Therefore, during normal use of the wig, including washing and brushing, some hair will naturally shed from the wig.

The Company recommends that glue, gel or tape is not used to attach the wig base. Applying glue or gel to the wig base may cause product residue to accumulate within the lace. When this residue is removed from the lace, some of the hair may also become detached.

The Company is not responsible for hair shedding if the customer uses glue, gel or any similar product to attach the wig base contrary to the instructions provided.

Because these are human hair wigs, it is important to understand that, just like natural hair, the hair in every wig behaves individually. Each hair is slightly different in structure and underlying colour tone. For this reason, for example, colouring results may vary.

The final result will never be completely identical to another wig, even when the same colour shade is used.

Hair colour fades over time. This is particularly noticeable with cool tones. Over time, the hair loses some of its cool pigment and naturally begins to return towards a slightly warmer tone.

The tone and durability of the colour are also affected by factors such as washing frequency, the use of heated styling tools and exposure to sunlight.

We always recommend using heat-protection products when styling or treating the hair.

To maintain a natural and beautiful result, the colour of the wig may need to be refreshed from time to time. The Company offers separately charged maintenance services for its wigs.

Lace-based wigs weaken over time as a result of normal wear and tear. Bleached knots and colouring also affect durability, which the customer should take into account when purchasing our wigs.

The Company is not responsible for damage caused by normal wear and tear.

The Company’s wigs are designed to be safe and suitable for use. However, individual reactions, including allergic reactions, are still possible.

FULL LACE WIG FIT

Although an individually measured Full Lace wig base is designed to adapt to many different head shapes, it may not fit every individual contour of the head perfectly.

The entire structure of a Full Lace wig is made from lace, which makes it more flexible and versatile. However, it does not provide exactly the same precise fit as, for example, a fully bespoke wig created specifically according to the individual shape of the customer’s head.

The wigs are made according to individual measurements. However, because the base is made from flexible lace rather than being created using a mould, there may be a small amount of fitting allowance.

The final fit is adjusted using the tightening straps and tape attachment.

This fitting allowance does not affect the safe use or security of the wig when the wig is attached according to the instructions provided.

The wigs are handmade by our manufacturing partner in China.

If a manufacturing-related defect occurs, the Company will manage the repair process with the manufacturer within a reasonable period of time.

The Company is not responsible for delays and is not liable to compensate the customer for the period during which the wig is unavailable while undergoing the repair process.

If achieving the most precise possible fit is the customer’s primary priority, it may be necessary to consider an individually tailored alternative in which the shape of the head is determined accurately by creating a mould. This allows an exact copy of the individual head shape to be used in the manufacture of the wig.

8. WARRANTY

8.1 THREE-MONTH WARRANTY

The warranty covers significant hair shedding and bald patches for three (3) months from the date of delivery of the wig.

The warranty does not apply if the wig has been damaged or altered, for example through colouring or bleaching, if glue or tape has been used contrary to the instructions, or if the customer has slept or swum while wearing the wig.

The warranty does not entitle the customer to a new wig.

Instead, the warranty is a service under which the Company will, as a warranty repair, replace or add hair if the wig has developed bald areas.

Warranty servicing will be completed within a reasonable period of time.

The Company is not liable to compensate the customer for the period during which the wig is unavailable while undergoing the repair process.

8.2 SUITABILITY GUARANTEE

The Company provides all individually manufactured human hair wigs with a three (3) month suitability guarantee.

The suitability guarantee means that the customer may receive adjustments and improvements to the fit of the wig free of charge for three months from the date of delivery.

Adjustments made during the guarantee period may include, for example:

  • fine adjustments to the wig base;

  • tightening or loosening;

  • optimisation of fit and comfort; and

  • refinement of the hairline.

The suitability guarantee does not mean that an individually manufactured wig that has already been used will be replaced with a new wig or that it can be returned.

The wigs sold by the Company are personal, individually manufactured hygiene products.

The purpose of the suitability guarantee is to ensure that the customer receives a wig that feels natural, looks like their own and supports their overall wellbeing.

9. CANCELLATION AND RETURNS

Individually sized wigs do not have a right of cancellation or return.

An order cannot be cancelled once an order as described in Section 3 has been placed.

The product cannot be exchanged or returned.

10. INSPECTION OF DELIVERY, DEFECTS AND PROBLEMS

The customer must inspect the product immediately upon receipt.

If a product ordered through the online store has been lost or damaged during delivery, or otherwise does not correspond to the order, the customer must notify the Company as soon as possible and no later than 14 days by email at:
